Underground Spirits Signature Gin
Underground Signature Gin starts as clean pure wheat spirit, having been filtered using Underground's Patented Filtration Method, the unique process of "Sub-Micron, Sub-Zero filtration" using cold temperatures and fine filters. It then is the maceration, vapour infusion and tincture techniques which allow our botanicals to shine brightly. This gin has a juniper aroma with soft spicy notes from the Tasmanian Pepperberry which, in turn, are supported by the black pepper notes. The taste delivers hints of the Australian native Lemon Myrtle giving a citrus edge and the Australian River Mint adds a freshness.
