The Passion Fruit or Maracuya is sourced in the equatorial states Ecuador and Peru. The name refers to the form of the Passionflower. Spanish priests in the 17th century saw in it a resemblance with the crucifixion of Christ (The Passion of Christ). The juice is perfect to enhance the aroma of your cocktails.

Have it in combination with mango, date fruit, nectarine or raspberry. Add a pinch of ginger and lemongrass, or maybe Sichuan pepper.
- 30ml Beartender Passion Fruit
- 20ml Honey Syrup
- 40ml Ginger Beer
- Stir the honey and passion fruit into a Collins glass
- Carefully pour the ginger beer while stirring gently
- Fill with ice cube
- Garnish with a piece of passion fruit
