February 21-22, 2018 – The Casual Dining Show 2018 @ The BDC

Welcome to the Italian Mule.

Tired of the ordering the same old drink time and time again? Are your taste buds craving something fiery and innovative?

The Italian Mule Concept was brought to the UK in the summer of 2017 with the aim of providing a high-quality long drink made with super premium ingredients, served as an alternative to the classic Gin & Tonic. We focused our attention on the standardization of the recipe to be sure that the clients who choose Italian Mule will get always a high-quality long drink wherever they have it. We invested not only in the quality of the ingredients but also in the Italian Mule’s image serving it in our Iconic personalized range of party Jars.

Ingredients:

50ml Original Roby Marton Gin
125ml Pimento Ginger Beer
1 Lime (to squeeze)
2 drops Angostura Bitters

Method:

Build with ice in an Italian Mule Jar
Garnish  with 2 Mint Leaves, a Lime Wedge and a slice of Ginger
